SUMMARY

Step into the world of OpenHouse as a Digital Agent and be the human connection in the digital realm. This role is all about guiding potential clients who have started their online insurance journey but haven't completed it. You'll be their trusted advisor, helping them navigate the quote, application, inspection, and binding process while also ensuring they understand their coverages, and limits.


To succeed in this role, you'll need outstanding communication skills, a knack for multitasking, and the ability to maintain organized documentation. Discipline in following established SOPs and guidelines is essential, as is a strong work ethic and a can-do attitude.


ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Engage with potential clients via inbound and outbound calls, assisting them in the online digital quoting, application, and binding processes.·
  • Advocate for customers by recommending the right balance of coverages and limits tailored to their needs.
  • Collaborate on projects as needed and represent OpenHouse at networking events, conferences, and trade shows.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

This position currently has no supervisory responsibilities.


QUALIFICATIONS

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

  • Strong organizational and task management skills.
  • Strong relationship management and proven experience delivering high level internal and external customer service.
  • Computer proficiency with strong skills in Microsoft Office applications.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

  • Four-year degree or equivalent work experience in relevant fields preferred.
  • 220 or 20-44 Agent License preferred or the ability to obtain it in a timely manner.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and relevant computer applications and call center systems.
  • Insurance experience preferred.

LANGUAGE SKILLS

Must possess the ability to read and comprehend detailed instructions, correspondence, and memos as well as write simple correspondence. Must also be able to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.


MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Must be proficient with the following: addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.


REASONING ABILITY

Must be able to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Must also be able to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.


CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS

20-44 or 2-20 License or equivalent (non-Florida)
